Rotterdam based creative producer & director with around 10 year experience working in the creative industry. 

Started almost a decade ago as freelance production assistent working for various film productions throughout The Netherlands, Dion quickly joined forces and became co-owner of Pastrami Film Company, a young Rotterdam-based film production company.  

As owner of this boutique production company, Dion not only gained experience as producer and director, but also as creative entrepreneur.  The following 7 years became quite an amazing adventure. From working for different national & international brands, often in commission, the last few years he expanded his focus to producing documentary/fiction. 

All good things come to an end and Pastrami decided to close it doors at the end of 2024. Starting from now Dion is available as freelance creative producer for film, commercials & documentaries.
